Phase 2: Implementation & Training
Once the plan is set, we build out your custom reporting within your software so you finally get the information you need to lead. We then provide a dedicated scheduling link for you to book 1-on-1 training calls. We don’t just give you the keys; we make sure you and your team know exactly how to drive the car.

Every partnership begins with the Financial Rebuild, which is a flat fee of $997. This ensures your foundation is perfectly set before we move into Monthly Accounting and/or Next Level Services.

Beyond the Financial Rebuild, our monthly partnership costs vary based on the size and complexity of your church. Because every ministry is unique, our pricing is custom-tailored to your specific needs.

To provide an example of Monthly Accounting:

• Single Campus: A church with around 600 in attendance and $175k/month in giving is typically around $2,500/month.

• Multi-Site: A church with 3,500 people and $6m in annual giving is typically around $6,900/month.

Next Level CFO Services:
Strategic CFO partnership begins with a Strategic Planning Session for a flat fee of $997. In this session, we create a custom roadmap to remove the ceilings on your ministry's growth. After this session, you’ll have a clear plan you can self-execute, or you can bring us on to provide ongoing coaching and help you execute the strategy. Ongoing CFO service pricing is scoped specifically to the plan we build together.

During the initial phase of the Financial Rebuild, our diagnostic review will identify exactly what is "broken" and what needs to be stabilized. We then present you with a comprehensive Clean-Up Plan.

Once you’ve reviewed the plan, you can hire our team to execute the clean-up for you. This work is billed on a transparent hourly basis:

• The Estimate: We provide our best estimate of the hours needed to get your books in top shape.

• The Process: We collect an initial deposit to begin the work, then bill for the actual hours used each month.

• The Financial Rebuild: This is a one-time engagement with no ongoing commitment required.

• Monthly Accounting: If you choose to move into monthly services after your Financial Rebuild, there is an initial 90-day stabilization period to ensure your systems are running perfectly. After that, you can cancel or change services at any time with a 60-day notice.

• Next Level Services: Because these are custom-tailored strategic partnerships, the length of the agreement is determined by the specific roadmap and goals we build together during your Strategic Consulting session.

Our Grace Clause: We are human, and while we strive for excellence, we aren't perfect. If at any time you feel we have missed the mark, just let us know. We will do whatever it takes to make it right. Ultimately, if the partnership isn't helping you advance the Kingdom, we don't want you to feel stuck—we want you to be free to lead.

We understand that your time is a precious commodity. Our goal is to shoulder the administrative weight so you can focus on ministry, but we believe in partnership—not abdication. You should always remain the primary steward of your church’s resources, even as we do the heavy lifting.

For the Financial Rebuild: Outside of your training sessions, we typically hold three calls to gather the necessary context and data. If you choose to self-execute the clean-up and restructure plan we provide, your time commitment will vary based on the volume of work required. If we handle the implementation for you, your involvement remains minimal.

For Monthly Accounting: While it varies by the size of your church, we find that a couple of hours a week typically covers the essentials—such as approving bills, reviewing payroll, and processing your weekly offerings.

For Next Level Services: The commitment here is completely dependent on the strategic plan we create together. As we build your timeline, we look honestly at your current capacity. We want to ensure we have a realistic roadmap that pushes the mission forward through hard work without overloading your schedule.

Yes. While many churches choose to bundle these for full support, you can absolutely engage in our Next Level Services as a standalone partnership.

However, because high-level financial strategy requires a trustworthy foundation, all Next Level partnerships still begin with our Financial Rebuild. We need to ensure your "financial engine" is tuned and your data is accurate before we can effectively build a long-term strategic roadmap together.
